Description

Portfolio management is not merely about selecting and prioritizing projects. It plays a strategic role in translating business directions into concrete initiatives and creating value for the organization.

This conference explores how portfolio managers can increase their influence with executive leadership and key stakeholders to facilitate decision-making, manage competing priorities, and ensure stronger strategic alignment.

Through real-world examples and practical approaches, participants will discover how to transition from a monitoring and governance function to a true strategic partner. Key topics include initiative prioritization, executive communication, stakeholder management, and leveraging data to support decision-making.

Objectives
  • Better position the portfolio as a driver of strategy, transformation, and value creation.
  • Understand the role of portfolio management in strategic alignment.
  • Identify key levers of influence to engage and align decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Apply practical frameworks to prioritize initiatives and support decision-making.
  • Strengthen the ability to bridge strategy, portfolio management, and value creation.
