**In French**

This exclusive webinar, running from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, offers you an essential insight into the major changes that are redefining project management. It is also a unique opportunity to come and discuss with a chapter president and an expert in methodology and project management.

From 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Alcides Santopietro will present the new features of PMI (M.O.R.E. Vision, 8 Competency Pillars, PMI Infinity) and feedback from the Global Summit and the Leadership Institute Meeting (L.I.M.).

Yvan Petit will then detail the crucial transition from PMBOK 7 to 8: new structure, key dates, and the specific support provided by PMI-Montreal (ATP exams, upskilling/transition).

The time from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM is reserved for direct discussions and a Questions & Answers session to clarify the impact of these developments on your career.
