This workshop offers an immersive experience to better understand the role of project portfolios and prioritization mechanisms. Participants will discover how organizations align their projects with strategy, make choices under constraints, and structure their decisions in a coherent and transparent manner.

Hanane Baroudi is a professional passionate about portfolio management. A graduate of the University of Toulouse with a Master’s degree in Computer Methods Applied to Business Management (MIAGE), she also holds PMP and MoP (Management of Portfolios) certifications. With over 20 years of experience, including 15 years in portfolio and project office management, Hanane has held various roles, including project, program, and portfolio PCO, project manager, and project management consultant.
Since 2016, she has been with Desjardins, where she focuses on improving organizational practices in portfolio and project management. Since 2020, she has been responsible for the corporate strategic portfolio and portfolio management practice. In 2025, she took over the portfolio management for Desjardins' Business sector.
