Description

Most AI training remains overly theoretical. Participants watch demonstrations, nod along, and then return to their work without actually changing their practices. This workshop takes a different approach: each participant brings a concrete project management challenge they are currently facing and spends the majority of the session using AI to solve it, alongside peers tackling their own challenges.

The small-group format naturally encourages comparison, experimentation, and discussion. Participants leave with a practical solution they can use immediately, a better understanding of how different tools approach the same problem, and new connections to continue their learning.

What this workshop IS NOT: it is neither a lecture nor a simple demonstration. The facilitator will not hog the 60 minutes presenting on AI. The vast majority of the workshop relies on hands-on participant work in breakout groups.

Objective
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to craft, test, and refine prompts tailored to their real-world project management challenges to generate relevant responses using generative AI.
