Description

(In French)
Project management is a captivating field—yet one fraught with complex, ever-evolving challenges. This mission can often generate tensions that demand a thoughtful and creative approach.

We are continuing our peer-to-peer exchange series to uncover concrete strategies for better navigating these delicate situations.

On the Agenda: An interactive workshop focusing on two key project management challenges, followed by a presentation of best practices for each:

  • Breaking the Deadlock: How to see the forest for the trees.

  • Sparking Creativity Under Pressure: How to lead your team to think outside the box.
