Description

In increasingly complex environments, organizations sometimes deliver projects successfully... without actually generating the expected benefits. This conference offers a concrete reflection on the key role of project portfolio management as a lever for strategic alignment and decision support.

Through real-world examples, practical tools, and feedback from the field, participants will discover how to structure effective portfolio governance, improve initiative prioritization, manage interdependencies, and truly measure value creation.

The conference will also address several current issues related to portfolio performance: risk management, strategic communication, change management, benefit tracking, and common pitfalls in performance measurement.

The objective is to demystify portfolio management and demonstrate how it can become a true driver of consistency, performance, and informed decision-making within organizations.

Objective

To provide a better understanding of the strategic role of project portfolio management in aligning organizational goals with operational decisions. The conference also aims to present concrete approaches to governance, prioritization, performance measurement, and value creation in complex environments.
