EDI Discussion Groups: An Open Dialogue on Current Challenges
PMI Montréal invites you to join its Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Discussion Groups.
These gatherings are an open and interactive forum, a break from traditional conferences. The goal is clear: to discuss current EDI challenges and hot topics within our professional environments.
Facilitated by Claude Palmarini, discussions are based on sharing experiences and collective reflection. This is your chance to enrich your perspectives and gain key insights for more equitable leadership.

Facilitator in Charge of This Networking Opportunity
Claude Palmarini, PMP, SAFe Agilist, AHPP
Claude has over 25 years of experience in team leadership and organizational transformation. She has worked as a consultant, trainer, and project manager for various major organizations, including the Société québécoise des Infrastructures and PMI-Montréal. Her unconventional career path spans auditing, technological development and implementation in the retail sector, business process implementation in the environmental sector, and the development and implementation of strategic tools in the non-profit world (NPO).
Three years after joining the GPBL team as a trainer and consultant (2019), then as Director of Training (September 2020), Claude Palmarini acceded to the position of President—a logical and natural progression within this company that fully aligns with her values, as she puts it so well.
