Description
Artificial Intelligence is increasingly making its way into project workflows: drafting deliverables, rapid analysis, decision support, planning, and communication. Used correctly, it can accelerate work. Left unchecked, it can introduce invisible risks into project execution.
Biased or flawed decisions, "convincing" but inaccurate deliverables, the use of sensitive data in unauthorized tools, and the dilution of accountability: these challenges are not primarily technological. They directly impact project management, quality, and decision-making governance.
This session is designed to fuel discussion among project managers regarding the real-world use of AI on the ground. It offers a simple framework to distinguish between beneficial AI usage and high-risk drift in a project context, while introducing essential practical benchmarks: data rules, human validation, clear accountability, and solid team reflexes.
Objective
To enable project managers to integrate AI as a support tool without compromising the quality, compliance, or credibility of their projects.
