This networking opportunity brings PMI-Montréal members together around a concrete issue: how to choose and deploy project management software tailored to the construction sector? Is our sector lagging behind, and how can we seize this opportunity?
The activity will begin with a 10-minute presentation covering the spectrum of available solutions, a structured approach to making such a choice, as well as the main selection criteria:
- Project scope
- BIM integration
- Document management
- Compliance
- Costs
- User experience
This will be followed by an open exchange among peers to share feedback, pitfalls to avoid, and levers for optimizing practices. The activity will then conclude with a networking session over a glass of wine.
The event is offered in a hybrid format: participation can be either in person at the PMI-Montréal training room or via a virtual link sent to registrants.
Objective
To spark reflection in order to equip participants with the tools to evaluate, select, and deploy project management software tailored to the construction context, drawing on an enlightened view of the market, rigorous selection criteria, and peer feedback.
At the end, participants will leave with an introduction, food for thought, and PPM frameworks.

Substitution
Substitution of a participant is not permitted except for group registrations.
Cancellation
PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
