CdP Aménagement & Construction - Gestion de projet dans la filière batterie: Les défis de la jeune firme EleQtrion
Description
How to apply project management practices to the battery industry in support of the creation of a young, expanding technology company in Quebec that has embarked on the development of a new, innovative Aluminum-ion battery and aims to build its pilot plant here soon.
What challenges are there in applying management principles to scientific research and development, to capital fundraising efforts in a competitive environment, and to demonstrating agility in planning future work when production processes evolve based on laboratory results?
Robert will explain to you how he used all his expertise and knowledge to help this company shine and make its place in an ecosystem that has its ups and downs.
But also to present this innovative start-up which aims to help decarbonize our environment through greener, more local, more sustainable and more affordable energy storage and mobility solutions with an interesting alternative to Lithium and with local intellectual property.

Demonstrate the application of good project management practices in support of a start-up technology firm.
