Description

Project managers are faced with AI projects, of which over 80% fail due to various factors, mostly because they don't meet their objectives, demonstrate their value, or because of how these AI projects are managed. Many colleagues overestimate what AI can do, and underestimate the challenges these types of projects entail.

Objective

The goal of this presentation is to provide PMs with the techniques and tools, suggested by the PMI, that can help them navigate an AI project from the moment it sets sail until it safely arrives at its destination.

Facilitator of the workshop

Juan Carlos Erhardt, PMP

Juan-Carlos Erhardt is a Certified PMP professional and PMI-Montreal Chapter member with over 22 years of consulting experience in the IT Industry and strong leadership skills. He has global experience managing large international and multi-cultural teams.
