Description
The full, planned service shutdown of the REM in the Montreal region during the summer of 2025 required the implementation of mitigation measures, including alternative travel solutions for public transit users. An inclusive collaborative approach with several different stakeholders was essential to meet this challenge.
Objective
Managing the inclusive stakeholder approach is paramount throughout the project. This involves continuously adapting the project to meet the specific needs of these stakeholders while ensuring rigorous control over the deliverables' objectives. Finally, the project's effectiveness relies on clear communication methods and precise management of everyone's roles and responsibilities.
