Originating from the PMI's CPMAI methodology, the 7 Patterns of AI framework makes it possible to classify projects based on the function given to the AI rather than the technology used.
Applicable to any industry, it offers a universal language to clarify your stakeholders' expectations and ask the right questions of your technical teams.
In this interactive workshop, you will familiarize yourself with this methodological framework by applying it to concrete cases and using it to discuss AI initiatives in your organization with other participants.
No technical knowledge required. This interactive session will be followed by roundtable discussions to continue the exchange between participants.
