The Business Case : Justify and promote a project
English
$35.00
$55.00
How to sell a project: the ins and outs of this misunderstood tool.
The project manager is led increasingly to develop business plans. A true entrepreneur task, this step is hinged to sell the project to its partners, to ensure its funding and in alignment with the stakeholders. In the world of project management, this component is often overlooked.
The business case is a very powerful tool when it is well developed. During the conference, we will look at what are the characteristics of a winning business case, to allow you to promote your projects both inside your organizations and in your personal projects.
We take the opportunity to see a real case applied to the economic development of the Lachine borough of the city of Montreal.

IT ROUND TABLE BREAKFAST
English
$0.00
$18.00
The idea behind this periodic event is simple: gather about 15 IT project managers around breakfast to discuss what matters to them at that moment: discussion of the current PM environment, sharing of information, and brainstorming of current challenges. The microphone is yours. The day’s agenda is built with the topics brought by the attendees in the first 5-10 minutes of the meeting. Then on with the discussions, with 15 or so of your peers, willing to share advices and thoughts with you. That’s without mentioning the fabulous networking opportunity an intimate setting like that provides.
