Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects included in the organizational roadmap (merger, digital transformation, review and deployment of new processes).

Draft and maintain project charters (objectives, deliverables, schedule, budget, and performance indicators).

Identify and anticipate project risks and cross-functional challenges and propose mitigation plans.
-
Contribute to the development of an organizational project management maturity plan.
-
Establish a common organizational language and harmonized project management practices (guides and toolkits).
-
Coach managers to adopt a more active role in defining, deciding, and monitoring projects.
-
Support project sponsors in identifying needs, benefits, and impacts (Business Case development).
-
Work closely with internal and external partners to strengthen collaboration between teams.
-
Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration.
-
Contribute to the maturity of the OTSP Office by sharing lessons learned and best practices.
-
Facilitate practical workshops on modern best practices (agility, governance, roles, collaboration, cross-functional work).

Monitor emerging best practices in project management.
-
8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management or a related field
(Graduate degree in Project Management or Management: an asset). -
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.

Knowledge of continuous improvement approaches: Lean, Six Sigma (asset).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including advanced Excel.

Experience with collaboration and project management platforms: Miro, Asana, Jira, etc.

Familiarity with AI tools.

Ability to understand user expectations and translate needs into concrete solutions.

Permanent position – 35 hours per week, flexible schedule, hybrid work model

Competitive compensation aligned with the market: $93,000 to $135,000 salary range
