Your Role at S3

Your Day-to-Day Impact
Own your clients’ projects
- Manage the full project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
- Maintain a clear view of priorities, issues, risks, and changes
- Lead, collaborate, and influence to ensure smooth execution during meetings and follow-ups
Manage what really matters (budget, schedule, risks, and changes)
- Track and proactively manage scope and budget evolution
- Identify budget gaps and implement corrective actions
- Ensure client communications clearly reflect costs and prepare change requests (scope, cost, impact, timeline)
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and deadlines
- Anticipate schedule risks and adjust proactively
- Ensure clear documentation and smooth transition to operations
Drive and collaborate effectively
- Work with internal teams to ensure delivery meets required standards
- Align all stakeholders on project objectives and priorities
Become a trusted partner, not just a project manager
- Maintain proactive, clear, and structured communication
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and costs
- Facilitate and lead internal and client meetings with confidence
The Profile We’re Looking For
- University, college degree, or equivalent in project management, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT project management (or equivalent)
- General knowledge comparable to a system administrator
- Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts
- Broad understanding of technologies used by system administrators
- Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent French and good English proficiency
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization, autonomy, proactivity, and accountability
