The PMI-Montréal PMO Roundtable brings together a select group of senior leaders and seasoned practitioners in project management offices. Designed as a strategic space, it fosters high-level exchanges on best practices, governance issues, and emerging trends that are transforming the profession. A true think tank, the PMO Roundtable leverages the experience of its members to inform major directions in project management and to strengthen the strategic role of PMOs within organizations.

Objective

To provide experienced professionals with an advanced forum for reflection, enabling the exchange of perspectives and the development of concrete solutions applicable in complex and constantly evolving environments.

Eligibility criteria

• Participation in the PMO Roundtable is reserved for PMI-Montréal members who meet the following requirements:
• Have at least five years of experience in project, portfolio, or program management.
• Hold a management role within a PMO or have direct responsibilities related to project governance.
• Commit to actively contributing to the exchanges and strategic reflections of the Roundtable.

Substitution of a participant is not permitted except for group registrations.

PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
