*Given the STM strike, the conference, which was initially planned as an in-person event, will now take place virtually to ensure a positive and seamless experience for all participants.*
In the current context of rapid economic change and the constant need for innovation in most sectors, further intensified by the rise of remote work, it is essential to mobilize strong and harmonious multifunctional teams. It is also crucial to build lasting working partnerships to create a framework for strategic, effective, and supportive exchanges and dialogues.
While this may seem complex and require reflection at the highest levels of organizations, what if the role of managers was primarily to build these foundations, long before structuring portfolios and allocating budgets? What if, at all hierarchical levels, there was a minimal but shared understanding of what collaborative governance is, as well as the impact of each person's work on the entire organization?
This conference aims to address these issues through concrete examples and best practices for implementation.
