Description

Project management is an exciting world… but one filled with complex and ever-evolving challenges. The shifting nature of projects can often give rise to tensions that require a tailored, or even creative, approach.

We invite you to join this dedicated session to exchange ideas with your peers and discover concrete strategies for navigating two specific areas of tension:

  • Managing Difficult Personalities | How can we foster better collaboration?

  • Delivering Difficult Messages | How can we communicate with precision and tact?

On the agenda: An interactive workshop to discuss these two project management challenges, followed by a presentation on best practices for each topic.
