Sandrine Mitri cumule plus de 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet à l'échelle locale et internationale, dans le milieu privé et public, au sein d'équipe multiculturelle et pluridisciplinaire. Elle accompagne les clients de la PMI-Montréal en tant que coach à l’examen PMP depuis 2018. Grâce à sa nature curieuse, ses habiletés interpersonnelles remarquables et sa vision stratégique, elle fut en charge de guider l’implantation du PMO au sein de la firme Lemay, un chef de file international de services intégrés de conception. En plus de la gestion de projet, Sandrine est passionnée par l’amélioration continue, le développement de compétences et la gestion du changement dans les entreprises.
