We are looking for a

Project Manager, Continuous Improvement

 

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will act as a change agent in the implementation of continuous improvement projects in operational practices. You will help deploy the continuous improvement plan at the plant. On a day-to-day basis, you will :

• Coordinate the deployment and implementation of various projects (5S, kanban, SMED...) contributing to the improvement of our operational practices.
• Identify and analyze continuous improvement opportunities in order to integrate best practices into daily operations.
• Support the investigation and root-cause analysis of problems
• Participate in the establishment of standards and design documentation
• Audit changes to ensure maintenance
• Actively participate in the implementation of a continuous improvement culture
• Organize and lead project-related workshops
• Train and support teams in continuous improvement methods and tools
