This PMI-Montréal RDV Career Fair rests on a team of young project managers. It would not have been possible without their volunteer contribution.
Originally from New Caledonia, Laurence Rosset has been in Quebec for over five years. She has a bachelor’s in Communication – Public Relations from UQAM, where she is earning her master’s in Project Management, now in her second year. She is passionate about risk management and eager to undertake new challenges and satisfy her thirst for knowledge. This is her second time joining the RDV Carrière organising team, this time as a project manager
Émilie has a bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialisation in IT. She is currently earning her master’s in Project Management at UQAM’s ESG. Her summer 2016 internship allowed her to gain knowledge in IT, a field she is passionate about. Émilie is energetic, motivated by challenges and open to opportunities which may allow her to grow her to increase her project management skills. Her involvement organising RDV Carrière is an opportunity to network with professionals in the field.
Véronique Moreau has a bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialisation in tourism and the hotel industry, as well as a passion for event planning. She is energetic and loves communicating, especially within teamwork. She wishes to make a career out of Project Management, which also happens to be a growing passion. Creative and artistic with many passions, she knows how to make an event an unforgettable experience.
Simon Blanchette has a degree in Public Administration and is currently earning her master’s in Project Management at UQAM. His professional background includes event planning and organising various thematic workshops, training sessions and conferences for the Fédération de baseball amateur du Québec. Simon is calm and pays close attention to his clients’ needs, ensuring satisfaction by striking a balance between their needs and their objectives. Being a member of PMI’s RDV Carrière’s organising committee is an opportunity to become involved with PMI-Montreal, but also to learn more about project management within a more professional context.
Caroline Arbour has a bachelor’s in Communications – Public Relations from UQAM and is currently earning her master’s in Project Management at UQAM’s ESG. She is passionate and constantly looking for new challenges, and is particularly interested in projects with a positive impact on individuals and their communities. She’s eager to put her experience and skills to good use at PMI-Montreal, and becoming involved with the RDV Carrière organising committee is the perfect opportunity to do so.
Geneviève Sdicu received her bachelor’s in Communications – Public Relations from UQAM in 2014. She then worked in communications, press relations, advertising, social media and event planning. She is looking for new challenges and is currently in her first year in the master’s program in Project Management at the École des sciences de la gestion at UQAM. Geneviève is passionate about event planning and she is motivated to join the RDV Carrière organising committee as head of communications.
Virginie Amyot-Ghirotto has a bachelor’s in Business Administration and is currently completing a master’s in Project Management at UQAM. Her ambition is to contribute to the Project Management community, and as such became involved with the RDV Carrière 2016 organising committee, just as she was on the organising committee of the KGP Contest 2015, an interuniversity Project Management competition. She hopes her involvement will increase her experience in her chosen field. Being a part of the RDV Carrière 2017 organising committee is a great opportunity to become involved with PMI-Montreal and the world of Project Management.
Noémie has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently earning her master’s in Project Management. She is dynamic, passionate and always on the lookout for new challenges. Her move to Quebec 3 years ago shows she isn’t afraid to leave her comfort zone and broaden her horizons. This is an opportunity for her to put her knowledge into practice and to enter the world of Project Management.
Sandrine Dufault has a multidisciplinary bachelor’s degree in Education and Psychology from the Université de Sherbrooke, as well as a certificate in Administration from UQAM, where she is currently earning her master’s in Project Management. Her experience as a day camp manager allowed her to develop an interest for interpersonal relations and for group sharing. Eager to learn and to take on new challenges, her involvement with the RDV Carrière organising committee is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the world of Project Management.
Debby Quevillon-Charbonneau is a master’s student in Project Management at UQAM with a Business Administration – Operations Management degree from Université Laval. She is passionate, curious and loves taking on new challenges. Her involvement on the RDV Carrière 2017 organising committee allow her to discover the world of Project Management and put her skills to good use
Louis-Philippe Molle has a bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialisation in Logistics Operations Management and is currently earning his master’s in Project Management at UQAM. His dynamic personality and perseverance set him apart from the rest. Always on the lookout for a new challenge, with the RDV Carrière organising committee is the perfect opportunity to put his knowledge of logistics in practice with the Project Management community in Montreal all the while adding a rewarding learning experience to his academic experience. He will be head of event logistics for the 2017 edition of PMI-Montreal’s RDV Carrière.
