The outcome of the interview depends entirely on the selection committee and the perception they have of the interviewee.
Although this perception is influenced by some external elements such as the corporate culture and the nature of the job to be filled, the interview is primarily subjective and unpredictable. However, beyond the rules and the standards of ethic and etiquette, there are good practices based on psychology. Indeed, in light of this workshop, we will address the following questions: “should you be yourselfor try to impress?” “how can you highlight your main project manager’s skills in such a short space of time?”. Of course, we will also address various topics such as the interview preparation, frequently asked questions, tricky questions, social media, negotiating benefits, etc.
