Maintaining your certification & PDUs
Holders of the PMP®/PgMP® certification must accumulate 60 Professional Development Units (PDU) every three year cycle in order to maintain their certification. Failure to do so can result in loss of your certification. PDUs can be accumulated through the follow categories of activities (see PMP Handbook). PDUs are the responsibility of the certification holder and are validated by PMI International. PDUs cannot be collected retro-active from the date of certification.
